True, you would want to but it seems to me that one can't tell when that is...it's a gamble really. You may sense feel or believe the other person is ready and it turns out they're not which is why I said, you say it when you mean it you can only go by how strongly you feel about a person/someone to know when to say those three words.

I said the words first to my wife after what would be considered a very short time, because they were true, as true as our relationship was then and is today, back in 90/91.
