If so, what did you think? There sure were a lot of tears being shed. What's interesting to see will be if the celebs will continue to lose/maintain weight, or if once they're off the show, if they'll go back to their old eating habits. I hope they're able to stick with it, since they got some real good guidance from "the panel of experts" as the host of the show calls them.
