Oh the wonderful hight of Potato culinary perfection.

The fries, fried slices of potato. How many ways can you cut and season this most perfect fatty food?

I love fries, I'm sure most people do. What do you do with your fries? What style do you like the most? (crinkle,shoesting,curley...)

What do you eat them with?

I like my fries not to well done, with catup and sailt. Sometimes I'll do salt and vingar. I think I like STEAK FRIES the best.

I like them animal style (melted cheese, grilled onions, pickles, special sauce) from IN N out burger. I also like criss cut curly fries.

I like those fries you get from a really good neighborhood sub shop. crinkle cut. salt, pepper and a whole lotta ketchup. (the ketchup they use when they make the subs, not out of the little packets- for some reason that ketchup tastes totally different.)

Once in a while I get 'em with gravy.

I love potatoes of any sort baked, fried, french fries, chips...I could eat them all day...any kind. French fries and chips especially

now I am craving boardwalk fries with vinegar...

I love fries too, well done, salted with a bit of ketchup or chicken gravy.

And of course, I love poutine!

I also love spiced fries so good..I don't know if they have a "menu" type name or not but they're delicious

You can reduce the fat by brushing them with olive oil and baking them.

Sounds good Dee, but I prefer thin and crispy with just the
right amount of salt of course....

fires are okay ... i prefer roasted potatos with fresh garlic and rosemary
