Not even Malcom X? You must watch that (it's long, but completely worth it.) He should have won an Oscar for that. (It is one of my favorite movies, btw, and it has great music in it, imho.)

I read the book. I know about all the good reviews, but watching that film seems like work to me.

Yes, the book is very good, too. I would say the movie is just as good as the book (which, for me, doesn't happen too often). Of course now that I've gone on and on about how great the movie is, it's been built up too much and you'll undoubtedly be disappointed if you ever decide to watch it. c'est la vie.
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

If you haven't already done so watch him in "The Talented Mr Ripley" great movie and I think he's a great young actor.

there was some gus van sant movie (no, not the good will hunting one) where matt damon and casey affleck are walking around in the desert talking - the movie was boring as hell, but i was really impressed at how natural matt damon was in it. other than that...meh.

Yes Predominant, I did see THE TALENTED MR. RIPLEY and loved it. I have to watch the movie you mentioned, ANX. I heard the same kind of review from other people.

Someone said Jim Carrey is no actor, but I appreciate his dramatic roles much more than then comedic. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is one of my favorite movies. And I really liked Truman.

I refuse to watch any Adam Sandler movie. Now that is one star that should not be considered so.

Any legendary actor in a role where they're coasting & being all "cute" (Jack Nicholson, DeNiro) - if it's a good role I'll see them in anything but lately these two are guilty of bullshitting...

Helen fucking Hunt ill that face! disbelief

Newbies who can't act & are only popular b/c the media made them so...

I'm a bitch tonight hmm lemme go to bed confused

I agree. Helen Hunt has one of the most evil looking and unsexy faces in Hollywood.

Denzel Washington and I dont know why. He always seems to be in serious movies and possibly needs to lighten up.

Had a few technical difficulties, but here's my list. It's kinda long, but I don't go to that many movies so when I do I don't want to waste my money or time seeing something with annoying people in it...

Jennifer Aniston--she is a horrible actor who only has one character. blech...actually I won't see movies with any of those Friends people in them.
Nicole Kidman
Ashley Judd
Cameron Diaz
Jim Carey (he was barely tolerable in In Living Color)
Russell Crowe
Mel Gibson
Tom Cruise (never got into him...even when Top Gun made him popular--I prefered Val. love)

All of the
Vince Vaughn
David Arquette (except Beautiful Girls in which he has a very minor role)
Woody Allen boxed I just don't think he's funny.

Salma Hayek (except for Frida)
Halle Berry especially after she got big...but I liked her in Boomerang. "Love shoulda brought yo ass home last night!" smile

I agree with you on the whole Jennifer Aniston thing. It's too bad, really.

All of the friends cast are annoying.

Robin Williams

Mel Gibson
Only for reasons of them having made far too much SHIT in the last 10 years for me to part with my cash.

Russell Crowe - I just don't rate the guy, and there's no sex appeal from what I can see.

Hilary Swank - Overrated, smug, sycophantic BINT.

I'll also add Kevin Costner. What's that awful new one with him and Ashton Kutcher? Looks like the same ol' All American Hero balls that he's been deluded into thinking is what audiences want.

Yeah, as a stand up. I have no intention of paying to see him in a film.

neutral Been up all night, REVISION! What Mel said was wrong...but then several people in the hypocritical business known as showbusiness want anything they can get their hands on to destroy this guy, too. Hopefully, Mel hasn't given it to them.

I respect the man so much because he HAS THE COURAGE to tell HOLLYWOOD where to go. A trait only a few have.

Also, Mel has a DRINKING PROBLEM...What Mel said was wrong, he shouldn't have done it, and he has to take full responsibility for it. But it was also the BOOZE talking...

I don't give a crap about what Mel Gibson believes or says. I just think he hasn't made a decent film in 10 years.

Jim Carrey, and Christopher Walken.

Jim drives me insane, and Christopher has an evil look about him.

And, I must admit I like Mel Gibson.
