Yes. I argued "that is so ridiculous; it would never happen." I was told it was a true story, but it didn't change my opinion! Awful!

He's no Meryl Streep with the accents either

probably Spielberg wasn't thinking when he made the film with him. Scratching his head saying to other people "what the hell did i get myself into??"

For some reason Matt Damon looks like someone who is really sweet looking and nice but on the inside he's EVIL. He's probably going to turn out to be a serial killer, in real life.

If you haven't already done so watch him in "The Talented Mr Ripley" great movie and I think he's a great young actor.
Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

Any legendary actor in a role where they're coasting & being all "cute" (Jack Nicholson, DeNiro) - if it's a good role I'll see them in anything but lately these two are guilty of bullshitting...

Helen fucking Hunt ill that face! disbelief

Newbies who can't act & are only popular b/c the media made them so...

I couldn't make it through that. Self-indulgent and pretentious. Like all of that director's films.

there was some gus van sant movie (no, not the good will hunting one) where matt damon and casey affleck are walking around in the desert talking - the movie was boring as hell, but i was really impressed at how natural matt damon was in it. other than that...meh.

People are gonna flame me, but Denzel Washington was on my list. But it was purely by accident! Someone recently asked me what was the last Denzel movie I saw and I was like "um, uh...'Mo' Better Blues'?" lol

I don't hate Denzel at all. It's just that he made a long string of movies that I wasn't particularly interested in seeing. In fact, until my family rented 'The Manchurian Candidate' the other day, 'Mo' Better Blues' might have been his only film that I've seen. boxed

A good actor who often plays the same character over and over...

I'm the opposite. lol I really disliked Mad About You. I never thought it was funny, and she in particular isn't funny to me. She's the only TV actress to win four Emmys. Not Lucille Ball, not Roseanne Barr, not Mary Tyler Moore - just her and her unfunny ass face.

nod Four in a row(!) But she didn't have great competition - she kept beating Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond), Cybil Shephard (whatever the fuck show she was on), Jenne Elfman (Dharma & Greg) and Patricia Richardson (Home Improvement).

Raymond is better than the others, though. I never thought it would be funny.

The commercials are always the same:

"Debra can we have sex?"

"No, Ray"

Not even Malcom X? You must watch that (it's long, but completely worth it.) He should have won an Oscar for that. (It is one of my favorite movies, btw, and it has great music in it, imho.)
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Had a few technical difficulties, but here's my list. It's kinda long, but I don't go to that many movies so when I do I don't want to waste my money or time seeing something with annoying people in it...

Jennifer Aniston--she is a horrible actor who only has one character. blech...actually I won't see movies with any of those Friends people in them.
Nicole Kidman
Ashley Judd
Cameron Diaz
Jim Carey (he was barely tolerable in In Living Color)
Russell Crowe
Mel Gibson
Tom Cruise (never got into him...even when Top Gun made him popular--I prefered Val. love)
Vince Vaughn
David Arquette (except Beautiful Girls in which he has a very minor role)
Woody Allen boxed I just don't think he's funny.
Salma Hayek (except for Frida)
Halle Berry especially after she got big...but I liked her in Boomerang. "Love shoulda brought yo ass home last night!" smile
