HELP! Which ring should I buy?

I am trying to decide between 2 titanium rings I want to buy for my man's birthday, but I can't decide which one looks better. This is a job for the org! lol If you were a 23 year old man, which one would you choose:

A)

or

B)

I'm leaning a little towards A right now, but I thought that the rounded shape of B might look nicer. What do you think?

I think you should get the one you're leaning toward. I like A more then B, and I am a person that has looked at tytanium rings before.

Well, he's a blues guitarist and philosopher, but he has a day job delivering furniture. I don't think he'd wear the ring to work, but even when he dresses up, he prefers a musculine, edgy look.

The first makes quite the impression.

The second looks like it would stand up to furniture deliveries better.

But, if he's going to wear the ring only outside of work, go with the first. It's tight.

I'd say A wins hands down.

Thank you guys! I'm going with A. I think it will be the most impressive when he opens up that little gift box (aka "The Moment of Truth"). Thank you for all of your input. Who knows, maybe I'll buy A now, and pick up B later down the road.

Do you own any titanium rings? If so, how do they hold up with time?

I don't own any, but I have reseached those type rings. They hold up the best over time. The only reason I don't own one is that I don't ware jewelery, especially rings. Sometimes I do try however. When I was a child a shop teacher missing a finger told the class it was due to it getting caught in equiptment while doing projects. Also I am one of a group of people that can actually feel the bodies electical system being effected by the metal.

In any case, titanimum is the way to go. It's classy, strong, manly, and very very meaningful.

A nod

I think silver, white gold, platinum or titanium jewelry are far more pleasing to the eye than gold.

I would go with titanium... it is the strongest and most hard waring ring. Plus it is non magnetic, which means it does not react to most things....

The look of the rings.... the first one is very clean cut and looks more like a wedding band... the second one loooks more like a ring to be worn anywhere... If your man like jewelry then either is an option... if not... take the rougher looking one... unless of course you wish to propose to him.....

Now i'm going to have to seriously consider buying one. Especailly after FuzzyD pointed out that they are "non magnetic" something I had assumed but wasn't sure about.

I like both.

Personally, I'd wear the straight-edged ring on one of my long fingers and the bevelled-ring on my pinky.

At this ebay store:

http://stores.ebay.com/rfjewelry

There are several different styles and sizes. They all come out to about $15 with shipping and insurance (if you are the only bidder). I'll have to report back on the quality when i receive it. It looks good in the photos, and costs a lot less than the ones at Something Silver. It's going to be one of a few gifts for his birthday, so I was looking for a bargain. I hope you all won't think I'm a cheapskate! razz

$15? no way! No you're not cheap, and being generous with your love is more important anyway.
