Most of us do not have other options than a car. Here in LA the transit system is not adequate enough to get around so we are forced to be in cars. Hello... It's funny how the Europeans don't get it We don't have a subway system here in the MOTOR CITY and a pathetic bus system and a limited train system.

When I used to work in the city (Amsterdam), I always went by bike or by tram (on shit-days). Now I have a job outside of the city and have to commute there everyday (only) 20 miles, there is no way that I can get there by public transport. Also, public transport in the Netherlands isinadequate as well as it is over-priced!

You're almost forced in a way to buy that extra bit of fare just to make you feel as if you're saving. "..My work is personal, I'm a working person, I put in work, I work with purpose.."

It depends what Zone youre travelling in for the weekly pass and also for the weekly pass you pay for the weekend even if you dont use it. The Tube/Bus fares have always been extortinate! It's ridiculous! How much is bus fare oop north?
