it'll be $1.50 just before the elections, so the GOP can say the economy is better, and then back to $3.00 by that friday. I just don't buy that gas can drop over $1.50 in a matter of weeks without some kind of conspiracy theory between the people in power and oil companies. confused

lol I have several 10 gallon canisters. I'm ready to stock up tease Some gas places here are already under $2.00. I saw some for $1.96 at some off name station. It's probably watered down though lol

Actually, it took a similar (but not identical) plunge at about the same time last year...at least here in Minnesota.

Most of us aren't complaining, Benny, we're simply stating the cost of gas in our area.

weren't they blaming all of the conflict in the middle east on rising gas prices? It's not like things have gotten any better over there, but strangely enough *cough midtermelections cough* they seem to be dropping now.

it's funny how americans don't get it, don't react to it and keep on whining about the $2 something per gallon!

in the netherlands: 1 litre is over 2 euro's.....last time I checked, 1 euro is about $1.28.....like Senik said, one gallon is a little less than 4 litres.....

Most of us do not have other options than a car. Here in LA the transit system is not adequate enough to get around so we are forced to be in cars.
