it'll be $1.50 just before the elections, so the GOP can say the economy is better, and then back to $3.00 by that friday. I just don't buy that gas can drop over $1.50 in a matter of weeks without some kind of conspiracy theory between the people in power and oil companies.

I have several 10 gallon canisters. I'm ready to stock up Some gas places here are already under $2.00. I saw some for $1.96 at some off name station. It's probably watered down though looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Actually, it took a similar (but not identical) plunge at about the same time last year...at least here in Minnesota.

Most of us aren't complaining, Benny, we're simply stating the cost of gas in our area.

weren't they blaming all of the conflict in the middle east on rising gas prices? It's not like things have gotten any better over there, but strangely enough *cough midtermelections cough* they seem to be dropping now.

Most of us do not have other options than a car. what is it like in England?? 88.4p/litre which equates to roughly $7/gallon! Even your record price was lower than our normal price. [Edited 9/27/06 13:24pm]
