sliced tomatoes with salt and a cup of water

banana and milk

fresh fruit salad with pesto pasta side and a iced green tea-no sugar

one tablesppon butter, melted with 1 tsp. of worschester sauce, add 2 cups corn chex, microwave one minute..... DELISH!!
