I don't think so.

πρὸς ὀλίγον ἐστὶ τὸ ζῆν
τὸ τέλος ὁ χρόνος ἀπαιτεῖ.”

great hypothetical. right now, while im healthy, no. But if i knew some debilitating disease might shorten my ability to live a healthly and productive life..I want to know it. If it might be a sudden death, then hell no.

no, I would just think about it all the time confused

Although it would be different if we all knew, as part of our lives, as in we came into this life knowing how long we were here for. It would be a different kind of life I suppose, knowing our destiny but coming in and doing our bit anyway. I like it the way it is - curiousity killed the cat nod

Yes, I would - then depending on what it was I'd adjust how I died.

If I were to die of cancer at 54, I'd jump in front of a car on the eve of my 54th birthday. smile

I'm not saying I'm going to commit suicide. I really, really don't want to.

However, if I knew the way I was going to die, and I didn't really like that way out, I'd choose a different way beforehand. nod

Well not so much - I'd be more in control. Take the cancer example I wrote above again. If instead I got told I was going to die by being shot in the end during a war that I am not taking part in I'd be happier.
