Exercise = Energy

I had dinner about an hour ago. Instead of laying down and taking a nap on the couch while watching televison, I've introduced a threadmill into my life. So tonight I got all groggy and instead of hitting the couch, I hit the threadmil and wached the wonderful Glen Beck.

Now I feel reenergiezed.

Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

Is the threadmil what he uses to churn out all his threads? confused

If we could invent a replymil, we could leave this place to run itself and go to the pub! smile

No, I get groggy by having a large meal of a particular type of food. Mostly carbs, make me sleepy.

Hey, this is just further proof that the time has come for Justin´s "Wellbeing" forum..

Seriously, support Justin´s petition....it´s not funny anymore....all these interesting threads about nutrition and exercise get lost in the wilderness of the GD forum..
" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Yeah.. Exercise is great for stress and depression, too.

Right now, I have knee problem--(runner's knee) or tendonitus.

It was so sore, I thought I had torn my ACL... I didn't know what was wrong.

Anyway, I had to stop doing anything that would aggravate it --including just walking for exercise. I could go to the gym, but really I needed to stay-off it.

The point is that I really missed it. As much as I gripe about going to the gym or other activities, it's really a bummer when you're injured and can't do anything. sad

It all depends on what you're doing on what your diet looks like.

Ran 6 miles, swam a mile today. Reamed Spookymuffin in the GD "age" forum. Couldn't feel better. Ate like a demon.
