how long before 1 computer will eliminate the need for ANY tvs, dvds, cds, pods, and phones ?

I like things being separate. There's a word for this, isn't there? "Con" something... It's late here and I can't think.

My mobile phone is bog-standard. I have a separate digital camera if I want to take pictures and a separate mp3 player if I want to listen to music. I'm less likely to lose three separate gadgets at once.

This isn't/won't happen in the futuric world as to the way it's going, nore will it happen in any varances or a future reality.

There are several varancies to understanding, such as a grand computer running all items, but there will at no time be a singular personal device that does it all.
