I have ACDsee Pro and that happens to have it. Not sure what other software does.

Well, its not very interesting anyway. My desktop at work is plain Windows blue, with lots of highly boring icons. My desktop at home is one picture arrayed, a picture of a black star on a white background. So its really just covered in black stars! | |
