what's your comfort food?

You know, the food that calms you down and de-stresses you after a horrid day, the food that says "home" to you, for whatever reason.

Mine:

Chili from Tim Horton's

The full turkey dinner from the Husky restaurants. Ah, truck stop meals are truly the food of gods.

Chicken korma, even though I only had it for the first time 2 years ago.

Its really really good, I know its basic as all get out, but the oats is the secret, but dont use instant just use regular Quaker oats, and a regular can of tomato sauce I use Hunts. You can add ketchup/catsup if you want but i dont think you need it.

Also with the oats you can use more than a cup i think, pretty much which way you like it more meat or more loaf.

Sorry. lol

I don't "write" down what I make. I kinda just wing it and sometimes I get caught up with a recipie, but after I've exaused the options on that dish, I move on.
