1 lb of sirloin
1 onion chopped 1 can of tomato sauce 1 cup of oats 1 egg mix salt & pepper to taste place in a bread tin bake at around 350 for bout 45 minutes or until done. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything. | |

You can add ketchup/catsup if you want but i dont think you need it. Also with the oats you can use more than a cup i think, pretty much which way you like it more meat or more loaf.
