slash fan fiction; or, sometimes i do things i shouldn't Those of you that are slash fans know what it is. For those of you that aren't, here's a definition from http://dictionary.laborla...sh_fiction
Slash fiction is fan fiction, describing gay pairings between media characters, often in explicit detail, and very frequently outside the canon of the source. So what did I do that I shouldn't? Read Jay and Silent Bob slash. I'm scurred. I've been on this kick lately of reading pairings that I don't find appealing, but seem to work anyway. This one took the fucking cake though. I read from a whole boatload of fandoms. Lord of the Rings, X-Men, Batman, the Buffyverse, Velvet Goldmine, Guns n Roses, Backstreet Boys, and others. That list exposes my true dorkiness, I know. I'm partial to certain pairings but I'll read any pairing if it's written well and the writer can make the case in the reader's (me) mind that it works. Sometimes my favourite pairings are next to impossible to find though. Now that I think about it, aside from the fact that I never ever want to picture either character naked again ( ! ) Jay and Silent Bob works stunningly well. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |
