Here I am thinking it was 2 parking tickets i have not paid for or the previous court issues and investigations i have going on now and it was from something else. I am going to court now and any suggestions as the defendant!! Although I know I will win this easily, let me hear what you all have to say and what you all will do!! Funny with me as the defendant!! Any comment, questions, or suggestions write here.

Good advice, but but as a defendent u need witnesses , proof, and lot of other things to go in your favr and it is something I definately have!

Thanks but I am fine cause I already have a federal official, witnesses and a lot of other things that were pending already and will become the center of attention that I sat on too long when they were asking me for the info and stuff. Dam the IRS!!!!

My first suggestion would be to stop thinking of it as a joke, they certainly are not.

My second suggestion would be not to be over confident in your case. Lawyers can be very crafty and spin situations to the favor of their client.

My third suggestion would be to devote your day to court. You will likely be there all day.
