You can do those things if you want.

The rest of us will talk about what we are doing that is successful, how we are doing and will attempt to kept each other motivated until we reach our goal.

So far it looks like it's just Imago and me interested in this.

I was just realizing what a grown up I was at lunch. giggle

My lunch was a tofurkey sandwich (instead of meat) on whole grain (instead of white) with greens (instead of lettuce) and onion and spicy deli mustard. A bag of carrots (that I couldn't even finish) and a black cherry fresca.
