Don't do it Fmr. Captain!

The Captain would kick my ass for even considering it...and then make some comment of how it would take an entire team of doctors and heavy construction equipment to de-venom his snake.

There again, it was Richard Madeley (a UK tv presenter). So it could be a load of bollocks. lol

I would get the intern who is trying it for the first time and keeps punching the wrong area and I end up with like 50 holes in my testicles.

Read a story about someone who had it done .
Eventually divorced and found a new love who wanted kids .
A reversed process is much more complicated and there's a bigger risk that it won't work again like before .

Men who have families are stupid for starting another one with younger chicks. Don't listen to this shit. Those women need to find fresh men, not ones who are going through midlife crisises and knocking up young chicks to feel alive again. Don't do dumb shit.

The story i read was a integer one .
It was indeed about a man in his 50's , and she was 35 .
They met at their work and grew to each other .
No sensation here of seeking a younger chick . A relationship that grew .
Age-difference wasn't an issue for her , so why suddenly that negativity ?
That woman loved HIM and wanted a child from HIM .

Didn't you post some funk links in the music non prince forum? lol

Well in an ideal world, a man would have been honest with this woman that he's had a vasectomy and the woman would take him at face value and if she needs kids, she can either adopt or get with another man. Men who know they are done with kids should NEVER consider a woman's feelings on the subject. If he's done, he's done. Period. If kids are that much of a priority, those women need to consider that when getting with a man.

I see where you're getting at .
That example i gave was indeed a kind of special situation which worked out .
Still a complicated matter for decisions to take during a relationship ( imho ) .

I must add that they both took the decision for the reversed operation in a developed stadium of their relationship . That's all .

Well people can do whatever they want so what do I know? lol Really the man should be honest about his situation and the woman should deal with the situation honestly.

Good points from both of you but there´s one thing that neither one of you has mentioned, and that is death. I mean, forget about screwing young chicks, midlife crisis , divorce etc.etc. ...there´s always the possibility that a man might lose his family due to tragic circumstances and he might fall in love again later on in his life, especially when he´s only 34, and a reverse operation or saved sperm are always a bit risky, so ....

You never know what the future has in store for you, whether it´s good or bad.

Do they give you ice cream and stuff when they do the vasectomy like they do with a tonsilectomy. I think some rocky road right after would make me feel okay with losing my ability to procreate.
