I dont beleive what Im witnessing here... I am sat at my computer at home and Ive just looked out of my window and there are 2 lads (ones a school child - who should be in school BTW) sat on the ROOF of the house opposite me and they are BOTH smoking a joint!!!!!

Its a definate sign of the times where I live - A bloke past my house earlier - around 1.30pm - absolutely pissed out of his head!!!!! I mean c'mon - its Monday....  although Mondays are shite so I dont suppose I blame him really
