After some early week weather concern it turned out to be a lovely day which we were able to share with around 100 family and friends (many of whom were there for the entire 11 hours of the party) at my Uncle's house on White Bear Lake. Nearly everything turned out exactly the way we had planned. We had our ceremony catered by a local BBQ joint (Famous Dave's) which went over very well and the rootbeer floats and Smores for dessert were also a hit. People seemed to love the yard games and a surprising number of people took a turn singing karaoke.

At this time I only have the pictures that were taken with my camera but I will share with you what I have. I have an uncle who was a wedding photographer so he probably has the best pictures and in the day and age of digital photography I felt like a celebrity because during the ceremony every single person seemed to be taking a million pictures (paticularly during our Ring boys trip down the aisle).

Thanks everyone. It was a really really fun day but the next day neither of felt any different. It's a strange phenomonon I guess working so hard for several months for one day (we paid for this baby and did all the work and planning completely by ourselves). Actually the days leading up to the wedding were so tiring setting up and taking care of the last minute details that I think we are both still too tired to even realize what happened.

Maybe we when we move in together September 1st she will feel more like my wife . Actually we have a cruise to go on and then I bet it will begin to sink in when we get back into a sense of normalcy.

Well I have to head over to my Uncles house and bring home all the junk I brought over there .

We spent all day yesterday cleaning up as well (luckily we had help) or I might still be there.
