I just got back from a 3 mile run,, stretched,,,, ate some breakfast (yogurt with mango passion granola from trader joes, 1 scrambled egg, toast with flakseed oil.) read a verse from the bible,, prayed for friends and enemies alike,, took a nice shit, shower, and shave.. I am watching the headline news while typing on the org. I will be getting dressed in 5 minutes and leaving to work in 10. What a glorious morning. What is your morning routine!

If Im off work on annual leave like I am now - I love the mornings - I get up, feed the cat, say bye bye to my other half as he goes off to work, go back to bed for a while where my kitty normally joins me for a cuddle,get up around 1hr later, feed the kitty, have a coffee, go on my excercise bike for 30mins - have a bowl of cereal, watch some shitty daytime tv, have a shower, a bit of housework, then its normally chill out for the rest of the day - go on and off the org etc

But if its a working morning I get up out of bed - grunt to my fiance to get up, thump my way down stairs in a horrible morning mood.....etc etc etc

I roll out of bed after hitting snooze about five times...get in the shower...have some coffee (if I have time) put on makeup and do my hair...get dressed and run out the door...then I have breakfast at work.
