Lonelygirl15 Over the last couple of months, a girl named 'Bree' with the username 'Lonelygirl15' has been posting her video-diary on youtube.com. A cute girl in her teens, telling the net about her life, her religion, her love for one guy (Daniel) and her strange parents..... This was done in a funny way, she is pretty adorable and cute.
In a very short period of time she gained a lot of followers, everyone waiting to see the next episode of her diary, the trials & tribulations of a young girl in America. But, there is a mistery as well: is she real or fake? Is it a hoax, promotion for some upcoming movie, like they did year ago with 'Blait Witch Project'? What about her religion? Does she belong to some satanic cult, since she has a poster on her room of the occult figure Aleister Crowley? This week all was revealed.....it was a hoax. The 'Creators' have posted a message in which they declare that it was a project they had started on their own initiative, Bree is actually a young aspiring actress from New Zealand. Many fans were left very disappointed. I just found out about it and it amazes me how how a simple concept can be get so much attention on the internet. And I must admit, the stuff is fun & compelling to watch.....besides the fact that 'Bree' is very cute! Have any of you been aware of this thing? Are/were you one of the 'Bree-watchers'? Check it out: http://www.lonelygirl15.com/ also check out the forum!

I've watched a couple of episodes.
People be hating, but the point was accomplished. She's the next new internet microstar. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

I have no interest in knowing details about the life of some teenage girl. I don't find it entertaining or interesting in the slightest.
She's become another famous-for-nothing C celeb. If that's what she was wanting to accomplish, she achieved her goal and good for her. Oh, it was all fake? Even better. [Edited 9/14/06 14:32pm]

I had not heard about Bree until I read about the hoax on cnn.com today!
