REDFEATHERS

When you do something stoopid or clumsy, do you tell anyone?

I mean I was just drinking my drink out of a can, but the hole was way round the other side and not near my mouth at all, so when I tipped it back to take a drink, the whole thing just emptied down my front.

Now, some ppl will get embarrased and run to clean it up before anyone notices.

I am the type to yeah get embarrased maybe, but show ppl, and point out how clumsy I am, laugh and THEN go and clean it up.. just to save embarrasment ppl pointing it out to me, without me openly making out I know it has happened?

Are you a hider or a show-er off-er?

I go slow, so I don't do stoopid or clumsy stuff.
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

So that means there is a chance you do (clumsy things) slowly?

And often I'll come post a thread about it if it's a really good one. Like the time my dog pulled me down the bus stairs in front of the cute guy I was talking to. Or the time I dropped one of those huge cooler bottles of water and work and it exploded all over the kitchen (and ME) and dripped through the floor and into the parking garage. . . that was good. Pretty sure those things both got threads. lol

Its the best way! nod highfive

Maybe when I was younger at school, I would be mortified, esp if anyone saw me and stuff.. but I think those were the uncomfortable times, when we all felt uncomfortable with ourselves growing up and stuff, so we would point out anyones mistakes to make ourselves look bigger

I learned at an early age there is nothing to gain from this, neither to ridicule one to gain respect, so I became somewhat of a clown in the classroom, so I could shun my embarrasments, yet also gain ppls respects.. either from making ppl aware that yes, accidents happen and it ok - dont cry - but alos to put a smile on friends faces when even the bad things may happen to you. and as they knoweingly knew I was intelligent and carried alot of repect, they gave me that respect back

It makes a person.. it colours them in the brightest most beautiful colours.

Hell I have heard great funny stories and damned embarrasing ones..

but they make that person REAL.. so we can identify with them without feeling embarrased about our mishaps.

I almost always tell my manfriend. Someone has to get some enjoyment out of the fucktard things I do. And it makes me feel better if we can both get a good chuckle out of it.
This one's for you.

I prefer the video over the pic.

I always tell people when I do something really stupid. Making fun of myself is the best.

I love to say it, and have fun of myself. With others that know me well, it's even better, and with people I don't know, it's the better way for them to know me. And for me to know them : some don't only see the nutshell...

I tell people, but usually because I have to! It's not cool to make a big deal out of it once people have noticed it, you just look like youre taking yourself far too seriously.

When I was over in Belfast I had breakfast with colleagues and walked all the wat to the office before someone pointed out I had my t shirt on inside out doh!

They took my picture so I couldnt help but laugh it off and tell everyone!

Absolutely, I never take myself that seriously to not tell plus it's usually so funny I have to tell somebody.
