Need a pair cool (have done for donkeys) but I'm so behind the times with these things confused Gucci, Police, Raymond Bans, M&S, Tom Cruise "Top Gun" goggles, I don't know shrug What's in? smile

I just can't be arsed to go shopping and try on tons of different pairs. I'm gonna go with Org.Recommendations and shades which you guys think are nice! Post 'em up biggrin

Ta wink

I'm sorry, but I don't care what's in. That's alot of hype bullshit.

If you have that money to drop on a pair of sunglasses, you should get the best on the market.

That's why I'll go with Okley. They are all about function and protection.

Please, please. No need to apologize smile

I once bought a pair of those "Okley" shades that you mention .....from a Del Boy, whilst in holiday in Ibiza. They were shit smile
He also sold Rodex, Rada and TEG heuer watches cool

Aviators thumbs up!

Timeless!

i think those would work well on you, senik. at least from the memory of the picture I've seen of you. confused

I would say stick with dark lenses, no blue or purple or whatever other silliness.

I'm really quite conservative (i.e. boring confused ) so nothing more "adventurous" than a dark tint will be bought lol Nice one our Jas thumbs up!

(I'm really thinking of getting back together with you, ya know wink wink )

I haven't worn sunglasses since I pretty much stopped wearing my contacts, but from what I've seen at stores that sell high-end shades, oversized frames seem to be really popular right now. Personally, I don't care for the look, but I realize that they're probably quite effective at doing what they're supposed to do (i.e., keeping the sun out of your eyes).

I'm also not too crazy about frames with giant designer logos (such as D&G) on the temples. It looks kind of nouveau riche, and if I see someone walking around downtown with a pair, I think the chances are pretty good that they're fakes purchased for 10 bucks at Pike Place Market.
Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position.
