do you happen to remember an old children's book called "Pudelslust" about a dog farm? i'd love to find a copy of it - and no, not only because the title sounds a little perverse in English!
Sorry, I never heard about it before. I suppose you are talking about "Die Hundefarm von Pudelslust" by James Krüss. I am sure I read some books by James Krüss when I was younger, but not that one. I just did a little bit of googling about it, but they didn't have it for sale anywhere. But I will keep my eyes open, maybe I see it in a used bookshop here or the next time I go to a flea market. Poor kitty! Is that one of those lion cuts? Funny story, but when I recently took one of my cats to the groomers, she asked me if I wanted a lion cut. I said, "No, just brush him out and give him a nice bath." I would NEVER subject one of my cats to a cut like that, it just seems kinda cruel in a way. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

But I'm not sure of the reason this cat is shaved that way to be honest. I actually got these pics years ago on the net, probably here on the org in fact. I can't remember if there was a story behind them. I've had them saved on my computer forever because I think they're so funny.
