Although the article does say "It has a skin with hair or fur". Sadly I couldn't find any images of decomposing beluga whales for comparison.

Very similar, the line down the ridge of the "nose" on this photo too



Doesn't really look like hair to me, decomposing blubber and sand, maybe mistaken for hair buy the chap with that ciggarette!
