That bit of celluloid trash was wrong on so many levels, I'm hoping the NAACP and the Urban League never find out I watched it.

"The Ring"?? Perhaps it didn't live up to some of the hype or respective expectations, but in no way, shape, or form should this film be considered the worst.

"Toys"

"The Fog"

The list just goes and goes...

I love both of those movies...especially "Toys". Are you talking about the remake of "The Fog" or the orginal?

The remake, sorry. Perhaps I need to see "Toys" again. I just remember feeling sick while watching it - too much going on, yet none of it seemed funny or entertaining.

it's funny how my 'worst movie' choices involve meg ryan:

joe vs. the volcano: bad enough when tom hanks and meg ryan are paired in the same movie, but for god's sake, they have that hag playing five different characters. it's like, there's NO ESCAPE from meg ryan. it's how i envision hell. of course, there's the promise of the volcano, but you never get to see her flesh dissolving in lava. what's the use of paying money for a ticket when there's no money shot? boo.

city of angels: more like 'shitty of angels'. hey, i have an idea! let's take a gorgeous, iconic wim wenders cult film about spirituality and totally crap it up for the consumption of middle american hausfraus! now, let's see...who can completely suck the soul out of a lofty beautiful film about angels..hmmmm...nicolas cage? okay, he'll do, but we need better...HEY! I GOT IT! MEG RYAN!!!! headbang

i actually harassed meg ryan on the set of 'city of angels' when i lived in new york. my office was right above where they were filming a scene, and i could see meg from my window.

she was TOO MUCH OF A SITTING TARGET for me. so.

i opened the window and yelled as loud as i could, "MEG RYAN RUINED MODERN CINEMA!!!", and then i slammed the window shut.

i'm sure nobody outside cared, and meg ryan probably didn't even hear me, but damn it felt good.

But what's the ABSOLUTE WORST movie u have ever seen?

For me it has to be..... The Ring

I mean really? rolleyes

though I'm a bit burned out on the whole japanese horror thing right now, I LOVED The Ring, as well as Dark Water. Both were frightening and unnerving, but also sad stories as well.

LOL, the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre was pretty lousy. There's a few good scenes, but the movie overall puts me to sleep.

I don't even know where to start with this one. Some unpopular goth kid in highschool gets killed in a car accident by some jocks, and comes back from the dead to get revenge.

Paris is front and center on the cover implying that she's the star of the movie or something. She is the first person to get killed in the movie.

If a movie looks REALLY bad, I tend to avoid it. As a result, I haven't seen a lot of the b-movie clunkers mentioned here. But there are some that fooled me:

Embrace Of The Vampire

The Doom Generation

Nowhere

Yes, Gregg Araki fooled me twice. lol

But he redeemed himself with 'Mysterious Skin'.

even though it has gotten bad reviews, i want to see beerfest, cause i like the cast. "super troopers" was AWESOME, and then the follow-up "club dread" sucked... was hoping "beerfest" would be more "super", but apparently it's more "dread"

I know someone in here besides me watches MST3K. Well I am going for the Puma Man.

I mean what Puma can:
Fly
Teleport
Play Dead
Walk through walls
See in the dark (i guess)

And how did they find this "Puma-man" why throw him out a window! The Puma will fly, the others go splat.

Sheer shit

Most Adam Sandler movies. They are all the same.

He is the loser, he wants a girl way out of his reach. Someone picks on him, he some how turns his fortunes around. Kicks the guys ass, get the girl.
