I'M SO HAPPY Just had one of the best nights of my entire fucking LIFE!! went to see We Will Rock You the Queen Musical... today would have been Freddie Mercury's 60th Birthday and there was a very special performance tonight to honour him
the atmosphere was amazing before it even started... the show itself blows you away!! (yes even if you're not a Queen fan) and then McFly pop up on stage to help perform a song!!!! I'm not a huge McFly fan but eh it was cool. everyone was on thier feet so they loved it... there were special moments in it where they do songs that are very sentimental when it comes to Freddie and the crowd got really emotional in these parts you could tell... THEN the clincher is at the end they perform "We Will Rock You" ...and on walks BRIAN MAY!!! omg... I was speechless... and then comes Roger Taylor!!!!! I can't describe what this means unless you're a Queen fan I guess but OMG it doesn't get any better than that - or so I thought! they finish We Will Rock You (which had the crowd absolutely raising the roof) and then Brian comes back on with one little stool and an acoustic guitar... and starts singing "Love of My Life" now if you're a Queen fan you know this was one of Freddie's songs... VERY sentimentally a Freddie song and Brian sang it (with the crowds help) with tears in his eyes the whole time the crowd welled up too including me after an ovation that lasted about 5 minutes Brian left the stage again... to return very shortly along with the WWRY cast again and Roger Taylor and they performed "Bohemian Rhapsody" I can't describe things very well and CERTAINLY not the emotion and just raw energy from a night like this... Happy Birthday Freddie you would have been very proud tonight

originally from Zanzibar The world's first Indian and Persian rock star Because Freddie Mercury was of Parsi descent, grew up in India, and did not move to the UK until he was 17, he was arguably the world's first Indian rock star.[32] Due to his Parsi roots he was also, arguably, the world's first Persian rock star.[33][34] Wer ist dort? Isn't it a charactor name in back to the future? News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

Wow ... I have a three disc set of Queen's greatest. OMG I can't imagine seeing this show you have described. It sounds like it must be frickin' awesome. I bought the "We Will Rock You" 45 and a couple others, but I can't say I was a Queen FAN. Until now.
Queen forever! | |

I know Roger Taylor fairly well. His son went to my old school (and was a spoilt tosser). I'll tell him you liked it.
