Better, thanks. I basically told my asshole office manager to fuck off and left my job a couple days early, so now things are looking up. lol

It's still a transition, but that's one weight off of my shoulders, and now I have a couple of days to relax and breathe a bit. thumbs up!

Plus, the girl I've been training to replace me at work is also premed, and she is further along in the process than I am in some ways, so she was giving me some pointers and explaining a couple of things to me. Having more knowledge is reassuring to me, and everything she said was encouraging, so . . . good. smile

I'm trying to keep an open mind about that, but if I had to choose right now, I'd be a neurologist.

Any interest in being a dermatologist? I ask because I just made an appointment with mine, and she's booked solid for over one month. mad My HMO's website has this notice posted:

Due to a nationwide shortage of dermatologists, wait times for dermatology appointments for non-emergency care have increased. We apologize for the inconvenience. Although you can still self-refer to see a Group Health dermatologist, you may have to wait up to several months.

Something tells me that that docs finishing up a dermatology residency have plenty of job opportunities available to them.

I am sorry but the idea of picking at and looking at peopls nasty dirty ass skin all day long is not appealing at all.
