*Oh, and speaking of Perrier and Pellegrino, these make a wonderful sparkling Caffe Americano.
Next time you're at a Starbucks, have them pour a bottle into the largest cold cup, pull 3-4 shots of espresso on top of it.

The sparkling water causes some reaction to the crema on top of the espresso and gives the drink a three-inch head of dense, tan foam. Then add half and half and sweetener.

It's delicious. I don't even fuck with the ice most of the time, and drink it lukewarm. It's like a dark ale almost.

Being british, I love your loose tea love! Castleton Loose Darjeeling is a recommendation of mine, though I gather it's pricey.
