Gazpacho:Thumbs Down Or Thumbs Up! I'm thinking of making this spanish cold soup tommorow..but of course i have never tried it.

That there looks like a bowl of chopped tommatoes...and thats it!

It's grreat in hot weather if it's made well. When i first had it I always felt it would be better if they just heated it up. It can be seen as a bit strange I suppose but I think it's a really nice light way to start a meal. Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC).
