what on earth was this fool thinking when he came up with the idea for that neck tattoo? it looks like stuart little repeatedly ran over his neck. he had said something about having been a recovering heroin addict, so maybe he wrote all over his neck to cover up scars? I think the tattoo is his son's name. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! My thoughts from a previous thread...
-I'm convinced Uli is some kind of idiot-savant when it comes 2 patterns. She grabs these hideous, clashing fabrics and somehow it works. I love her point of view for color. It would b nice if she stopped making the same style dress over and over. -I love Kayne. Tackiness and all. -Angela was auf'd long past her due date. I'd start sweatin' it if I were Vincent. His days r numbered. -I can't decide at this point if Jeffery's a**hollery is a giant scheme 2 get the producers 2 keep him on the show cuz he stirs up such drama or if he really is that big a prick. -I've got Michael pegged 2 win this thing. That kid's got mad skillz and he seems really cool 2 boot. -Laura rocks. I can't wait til her pregnancy hormones kick in and she finally takes her scissors and opens Jeffery from neck 2 nuts. That would b great TV! Listen to me on The House of Pop Culture podcast on itunes http://itunes.apple.com/u...d438631917

At least the floral fabric he had on his shirt was VERSACE. Trust me, if that outfit had JOHN GALLIANO'S label on it. It would've been considered genius. M [Edited 8/31/06 15:46pm] part of what i think would have made the outfit work better, and i hate to say it, is if he hadn't felt the need to fake-butch it down the runway. if he had been normal kanye (and a tighter fit), it probably would have worked better. but he got it into his head that somehow he should be macho coming down the runway, and it shattered what little chance the outfit had. go back and look at the footage... he is clenching fists, scowling, and swaggering. no butch guy in their right mind would wear something like that. my other 2 cents:
Michael is the only one to my knowledge, who has received discussion about how he thinks about his outfits. Its the thinking thing--that will win him, no matter if he wins this show or not. And Laura--she is a fantastic seamstress, but we see a lot of her sewing by hand. While she could win the contest, it may be more difficult as time goes on. These two should open a line together.
