For me, at the moment, it is Friendships

Within the last month, this seems really crazy but honestly in the past 4 weeks, I have been reunited with 4, lost (or so I thought) friendships.

A schoolfriend whom I was very, very close to and was bridesmaid many years ago, phoned me out of the blue, I had called her maybe 2 years ago but she never kept in touch and we chatted for ages, swapped numbers (again) and email addresses, and she was going through some tough times, but now she really wants to keep our friendship strong.

Another friend, a very good one at that, when I thought I had lost the friendship and we had both moved on, came to light again, when we realised we never really stopped being friends and miraculously started talking again and became very close again.

My friend Kerri, whom I went to school with, she was my best friend and moved to Spain about 17/18 years ago.. we prolly lost touch about 10 years ago, the odd letter or card here and there but next month I am going to Spain to meet up with her again! and we are gonna do all the crazy things we used to get up to as teens.. its gonna be wonderful!

I really thought my Italian penpal had given up on me cos I am pretty crap at keeping in touch, and have been worried if we surely have lost touch, and he had moved on, *sans Nicole..* (We have been writing to each other for about 19 years now, never met, and we still dont know how we came about writing to each other - I think some friends set us up.. over the years I travelled to Italy to meet him, but he happened to be away at that time, and when he has come to England in the hope of meeting up with me, I have been away, we promise each other about every year that we WILL meet up, but alas, something gets in the way.. its really amazing that we have kept in touch for sooo long) well I just got home today and lying on my bed was a postcard from him... desperate to hear my news!!!
