I was terrified too...and I was in labor a LONNNNNG time...and I gotta say it was uncomfortable and certainly no picnic but...for me it was not as bad as other people are making it out to be. I didn't have any sharp stabbing type pain ...more like a head ache but internally inside your whole body. lol encouraging...I know. smile I was in like a zone or something...honestly hours went by and I didn't even know it.
this is gonna sound gross but...it feels like you have bowel cramps...like you just want to take a shit and you can't. 36 hours later and an eventual C-section I say...ehhhh, you can handle it. smile

bowl cramps! edit falloff

I would still choose childbirth over climbing Mt Fuji, but that's probably just cause I am lazy lol

If men had to give birth, abortion would be legal up until the day of and full and accurate sex ed would be mandatory starting in daycare. With pictures.

for the women who have had children...is the pain as bad as some moms make it out to be , or is it like getting a tattoo--painful to some, but not too bad for others? mothers have been giving birth for thousands of years without epidural, so it can't be that bad.....can it?

Both where painful. My first was the worse. Its been so long, I really cant remeber how it felt. Just remember its painful
Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad
Stay right here
