Neighbor Reports Naked Sex Offender In Yard 75-Year-Old Charged With Disorderly Conduct
POSTED: 8:20 am CDT August 30, 2006 UPDATED: 8:41 am CDT August 30, 2006 ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. -- A 75-year-old registered sex offender is due in court in October, after police arrested him following complaints that he had been walking around his back yard naked. Last Friday at about 7:30 a.m., a neighbor observed John R. Howe, of Owl Drive in Rolling Meadows, walking around Howe's backyard naked, according to a release from Rolling Meadows police. Howe was seen sweeping his deck and waving at other neighbors while unclothed, the release said. He was arrested by police and charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Howe was released on bond and his next court date was set for Oct. 11, according to the release, which also noted that Howe is a registered sex offender.  What the??!!!

yeah, as if any of us can claim to have never left the house without our pants on In all seriousness, I do it all the time. I just went outside in my undies on Saturday to get these pictures. Sometimes I swear I don't see what the big deal is.

lol. what was so important in those pictures that you would leave the house in your undies for them? is there a hidden 3d feature in there somewhere (in da pics not in the underwear, lol) I was trying to show someone it was foggy out. But go up to the "so you think your sly" thread. That message is much more important for the persomn, IMO. | |

apparently i had a flasher outside a basement apartment i lived in once
of course i never paid any attention to knocks on my window but shortly after that there was a bunch of commotion outside so i looked out the window all the neighbors across the street were looking my direction from their balconies and the police were combing the building

shit i can understand if you had a "privacy fence" in your yard and you can do what you want,shit if i had that i'd walk around my backyard naked too, but no one wants to see that anyway | |
