Ok my game plan for this coming week.. I am going to run mine sunday to sunday if that is ok.....
1200-1500 calories consisting of mainly vegtables and protein with a splash of fruit.. Nothing packaged or premade..... Some yogurt and cottage cheese for calcium. No wine no soda ( diet either) I am going to try and do cardio daily... I will have to sneak about my gym to do it and see how it goes..... ( My toe is broken andI will have to slip off my shoe and do it in my socks If they catch me I will have to just use strength training COFFEE Expect a bitchy Muse as I go through carb withdraw! well Ive decided to give up wine and drink vodka instead as less calories..
Ive recently started doing 30mins which works out as 10 - 11 miles - on my excercise bike 5 times a week and I am starting to cut out carbs in my evening meal.... recently gained some weight thro eating and drinking like a no weight loss yet - need to burn more calories than taking in but will keep u posted wish me luck!!!
