falloff I was all excited for you, thinking your making this like HUGE move. lol

But oh well. Good luck. biggrin

i think it's going to be a big move, though not in the way i was hyping it up at the beginning of the thread. lol

for the last five years, i've been living in a pretty dark apartment, with dark brown and green striped walls and crazy lighting that was done by the person who lived in my apartment before me. i'm moving to a very well lit apartment with plain, freshly-painted white walls. i think the change in surroundings alone will have a huge impact on me. i can't wait!

I did always hate the lighting in your apartment. It seemed that no matter where I was sitting when I tried to look at whoever was talking at any given point, I had a spotlight shining in my eyes.

Anywho, congrats again and good luck with the move hug

I will SOOOO not miss those friggin stairs next time I visit smile

Umm, why? confused Same building, bigger unit? Or different building? smile

same building, lower floor (they're walk-ups), and the unit is in far better repair than my current apartment, which needs some serious rehabbing. i'm happy as a clam with my location and the general layouts of the apartments, so i asked if i could switch when a unit became available. et voila!

Sweet cool I wanna move to a higher floor so I'll have more of a view but I'm afraid it might be too hot confused

Anyway, congrats! biggrin
heart prince I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it prince heart

It's true - I'm packing up my stuff and moving on. It's going to be hard to say goodbye to my old home - I've lived there over five years, and I racked up a lot of memories. But the time has come to see new things, experience new faces, create new memories. It's going to be scary, but you know, life is about change. I really believe that. I believe it so much that I feel confident in taking this risk. I don't know where this move is going to take me, but I won't know until I find out. So yeah, here I go, ready or not, into the wild unknown.

Anyway - I'll be moving two doors down from where I am now. biggrin

I know what you're talking about, Anx. I moved three months ago to a larger apartment. I can see my old apartment from my bedroom window. biggrin
The old apartment was on the fifth floor. Now I'm on the fourth. Stilll a good workout with all the stairs. smile

Enjoy your move. wink
