It just depends... dating is fun. Sometimes I'll go out with an ugly chick who has low self esteem just to boost her confidence. I'm a nice guy like that.  Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

If you can unlock the inner confidence of a tore back person and it works wonders for their dating life and scores brownie points from all the ugly dates hots friends who think your such a great guy for "looking past the physical" (Thats the best!)
