I never go out to clubs in Thailand. Very occasionally I'll go out to bars in Khao San Road, but I tend to prefer to sit outside just a few streets away where they put chairs and tables out and sell cheap beer and food. It's better for people watching. I tend to stay home and have parties with the family or invite people over for barbecues instead. Clubs really just don't do it for me. I'm much more likely to be found at one of the beer gardens during the cold season sharing a few jugs and eating sour pork.

I only go to a club when invited- if i feel like it. Or as a form of escapism because of my 38 hour a week in retail job i'm in ...i don't like to frequent places like some friendz do because i can actually get really bored if i go to the same spot alot!! That's why it's all in the mood. And there's nothing worse than being pulled into it 'cmoooon you HAVE to coooome' as nice as it is that they want you there, if you're not feelin like going to a club...and then go in and pay $10 to $15 for entrance alone only to go in and want to leave soon after is simply not worth it!!
