Haha, around my girls house today, and i found all these ally Mcbeal videos. She did not take my piss-taking very well.

Its OK. Robert downey Jr at least made it watchable in places, and it had the bloke from "adams family values" too. Its just so schmalzy in places

I don't think so. She always attributed her frailness to stress. Even now, she's still skinny, but not as skinny as she was. It must be extremely stressful to have to carry an entire show on your shoulders.

I couldn't be torn away from Ally, I loved the character sooo much! That show and Melrose Place were my two shows that everyone knew not to bother me when they were on . . .

I used to LOVE Ally! it's a must-buy on DVD at some point

I loved this, it went off the boil a few times. It was great when they had Downey in it

I could spread him on some toast and eat him everyday for breakfast

i'm upset that 'ally macbeal' is on DVD yet 'one day at a time' isn't.

ann romano is the pariah martyr of television history and i for one am appalled!

i used to love that show to death.

I would watch it and then mope.

the last season lost me, it got too weird and dumb for me and half of the original cast left.

I liked it in the beginning but at some point the show was really out there
But if there was anything crappy about that show Taye Diggs and Robert Downey Junior made up for it totally imho

I loved Ally McBeal, but I kinda lost interest in it around the time Robert Downey, Jr. left the show.

These days I watch it occassionally, as it is currently rerun on Danish TV.

That was the only tv show I looked forward to!
