They're always talking about extending your muscles to create better circulation, and hanging your head squeezes one side of your neck and pulls the other, and basically puts pressure on your joints! oooh, and try some sitting yoga moves, primarily with shoulders and neck movements, they always help, and you don't have to push yourself, just keep doing it until your muscles loosen up a bit | |
