Awesome, 30 minutes of cardio and 3 days a week of weight lifting should also help. Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I've been running about 3 miles in 30 minutes every day! It's sad that I actually used to run track and was the fastest guy on my track team! I ran my only 5k in like 21 minutes or something maybe a decade ago.... sheesh.... how far I've fallen!

I thought you told me last year that he was dead. I believe it was the same night you posted some naked pictures of yourself with Anxiety's avatar to cover your genitals, having a blast.

Good show!
I've lost nearly 35 in the past year and a half. It's hard work, but it's well worth it.

I lost about 3 kgs a few months ago within the space of a couple of months. I've since put about 2kgs back on, but my absolute perfect super-fit weight would be about 10 kgs heavier. If I could put on 6kgs I'd be very happy though. It's horrible being so thin like this, trying to eat more, but not getting anywhere. I really need to eat like a pig when I go back to the UK.

Be careful though. I used to be rail thin for years. But after my dad died, I dunno...my lifestyle and eating habits finally caught up with me. And I've had to watch myself closely ever since. I'd say appreciate your thin-ness. For most people, it doesn't last forever.

Chris and I had something like this going a couple of months ago...but we both were way too slack about getting on each others case when we didn't work out. So I blame him for not losing the weight I need to lose. Florida winters.

I can setup a blog were we can post sucess, failer, etc. You know real nerdy like. I'm just tired of being lazy.

I was always hoping that by the time I got to this age of around 25 or 26 that I wouldn't be so naturally thin, but it hasn't happened. Much has to do with living in Thailand, where I've always been a good 5kgs lighter than when living in the UK, but it's also just my body in general. I love working out and exercising, but I just wish my body would hold on to a little bit of fat so that I have something to work with. Right now most exercise feels like it only makes things worse. I just skip rope sometimes for a short while for a bit of cardio and am easing myself back into weights after hurting my shoulder a while back.

Do you eat a lot of pasta? That always packs on the pounds.

Do you eat a lot of pasta? That always packs on the pounds. Not a whole lot, as compared to eating Thai food, pasta's pretty expensive here, in particular the sauces. I do sometimes buy a jar of pesto and have pasta, pesto, tomatoes, and olives, or otherwise it's pasta with tuna, mayo and mustard. I do eat a lot of bread, and try to eat junk food to put on a few pounds. Pretty much every week we have a family barbecue where he eats copious amounts of pork, beef, chicken, liver, fish balls and squid. Still I don't put on weight here.
