I had a friend who was incarcerated for a few years.

He said that in the pen,
pals are always 'writing' each other.

Whatever that means.

I had one between the ages of 10 and 15, but we lost touch midway through the highschool yearz! She was from Michigan! I often wonder how she is and what she ended up studying n stuff. I was a member of this Stamp Explorer club via Australia Post...i used to collect stamps as a kid! It was so exciting applying for an American penpal, i couldn't wait to do it! Memories. giggle

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

The first penpal I had was a Malaysian girl. It was ok to write with her, but the cultural difference was very big. Her letters were always formal and utterly polite. One day she started raving over the Backstreet Boys, asking me if I thought Nick or AJ was the cutest. I never replied. boxed

The other penpal is a Nepalese girl, named Pragati. She's 4 years younger, so again this was never too interesting to me. She's studying in the United States now, and once in a while we have a small but good conversation on MSN.
