It always says that because they don't want idiots getting it in their eyes... next time just take a q tip dip it in the dye and run it across your brows....if it's a super dark color, like black...ya might want to take some vasiline and put it underneath and right on top of, but not over your eyebrows so the color don't stain your skin. That works for around your hairline too so your forehead isn't tinted for a few days.
