from riding my bike today. i just put on a pair of jeans and rode until my legs were rubber, which felt so awesome until some hours later when my rear was all sore. maybe i should invest in some padded bike pants.

i havent rode a bike in awhile. whenever i do ride one it makes my ass sore to. i maybe i need to excercise more.

the thing is, it's not exactly my ass that's sore, it's the area wher my bum and my thighs meet that's sore. it's very annoying.

maybe i just need to ride more, too.

i bought this padded bike seat (that cost more than the bike) and my tail end never gets sore when i ride anymore

i got it from a cycle shop

try a uni cycle
