run the gamut, why don't'cha? chittlins are beyond nasty. i've got family members who love to eat 'em...i've never eaten chittlins and i never will. i remember staying over at my grandma's house during thanksgiving and she'd buy a whole tub of the damned things and clean 'em in the kitchen sink before cooking 'em. the house would reek of nasty-assed chittlins for what seemed like days afterwards. | |

My husband cooks chitterlings  every Thanksgiving. Thankfully, he makes VERY small batches now. And you're right Dansa...there is little that is worse than the reeking smell!!
