Subliminal without awareness:
entering, existing in, or affecting the mind without conscious awareness Anyone ever use this in any form ? When i was 20 or so my firned and i used to use one that sounded like the ocean ...played low all night while we slept what kind did you use and what was it for ? stop smoking ...weight loss ... anti stress 
would you try one now ? what would you try one for ? do you think they work ? why or why not ? | |

was it one o them relaxation tapes, you know the ones with the sound of dolphins etc? or something else, did it have subliminal messages? | |

have you ever used one ? no, ive never used one. You quit after hearing the tape? How many times did you need to listen to it before you quit? i stayed with her for 4 weeks we started listning to the tape about 3 nights in and then every night for almost 4 weeks( he mom gave it to us ) and by week 4 i was done she never smoked again either | |
