If you file a complaint, they might not find on it, but it will at least make him think twice about doing it again. you should of told the 5-0 fucking oink oink pig to get a warrant to search your car and while he was waiting for a judge to issue the warrant, you should of of pointed him in the direction of the nearest dunkin donughts.
