that's just it, I'm not prepared. normally i have fruit in the house and I'm currently out. and I don't wanna go all the way to the grocery store and the little corner store doesn't have nice fruit but they DO have all sorts of ice cream and greek desserts. lol I'm better off with my water right now.

Banana's contain a chemical in them (i forget what it's called) that enhances mood and actually fights depression.

Also, bananas help satisfy sugar cravings.

because potassium stimulates the release of insulin and gives you a feeling of fullness! yay insulin!
